Chef Maxwell, Graduated from Le Cordon Bleu Paris, Maxwell comes with previous experience of working with Yannick Alléno in his 3 Michelin stars called Alléno Paris in Paris. Then, Maxwell decided to continue his journey by working with Alain Ducasse in his 2 Michelin stars restaurant.
Maxwell has decided to bring his long line of experience to the place he originated from, Surabaya.
